Why you'd want to live in Deepwell
The neighborhood of Deepwell offers a variety of architectural styles, from the mid-century style, to desert ranch style, to even more modern style homes. Fun fact; The name "Deepwell" stems from the story of a scientist named Pearson, who in 1926, bought property in Deepwell and dug a well. He soon found water a few feet below but continued drilling past 600 feet. Today, Deepwell Estates includes approximately 365 homes featuring midcentury modern design and California ranch style homes. Some of these homes were designed by renowned architects like Donald Wexler, E. Stewart Williams, and Hugh Kaptur.
